[Monthly fee course] If I change my model, is any procedure required?
A. It depends on the payment method, so please check below.
■ Use carrier billing/No need to change mobile phone companies
Basically, your payment will be carried over, so you can use the site with the same Plus member ID (email address).
Depending on the contents of your contract, payment information may not be carried over.

Your membership will be terminated at the end of the month in which the contract details are changed.
Example: If you registered with au Simple Payment and changed to docomo on March 15th
⇒ Cancel your membership at the end of March ⇒ au Simple Payment will only be billed for usage up to March
If you log in with the same Plus member ID (or email address) at the beginning of the following month,
You will be redirected to a page where you will be asked to pay your monthly membership fee, so please pay using your preferred method.
*There may be a time lag before your cancellation status is reflected.
In addition, if there is a change in the "used (registered) email address" due to a change in model,
After logging in, please edit your registration information in [MY PAGE].
■ Use carrier payment/change of mobile phone company
Your payment information will not be carried over, so your membership will be automatically removed from the site at the end of the month in which the change was made.
*The monthly service will not be canceled when changing contracts between SoftBank ⇔ Y!mobile ⇔ LINEMO.
If you log in with the same Plus member ID (or email address) at the beginning of the following month,
You will be redirected to a page where you will be asked to pay your monthly membership fee, so please pay using your preferred method.

*Once your automatic cancellation is reflected, you will be unable to log in and will be redirected to the [Membership Fee Payment Screen].
At that time, please register your preferred payment method.
*Please note that it may take several days for your automatic cancellation to take effect.
If you re-register under the following conditions, you will be able to resume using the service while keeping your membership information (including your joining date and points).
*Please complete the procedure (i.e. pay your membership fee) within 30 days after your cancellation is complete.
● Use the same email address (=Plus member ID) to complete the procedure

・If you cancel your membership, your email newsletter settings will be unregistered. After resubscribing, please enable your subscription settings from [Email newsletter settings] on your My Page.
・If more than 30 days have passed since you completed your cancellation, orif you process the cancellation using a different email address (= Plus member ID),your registration will not be carried over and you will be required to sign up as a new member.
・Please note that if you sign up for a new membership, your membership date and point information cannot be restored.
■ Use credit card payment
If you pay by credit card, changing your model will not affect your registration.
Your payments will continue unless you cancel your membership, so there is no need for you to take any special action.
Your ID and password will remain the same, so you can continue to use the site as before.
If there is a change in your "used (registered) email address" due to a change in your device,
After logging in, please edit your registration information from [Confirm/Change Member Information] on MY PAGE.
