If I change my device, can I still use the app?
A. After changing your smartphone, you can use it by following the steps below.

1. Download and install the "Mrs. GREEN APPLE Official App"
2. After installation, log in with the ID/password you used on your previous smartphone.
*If you are only using the "Ringo Jam" content, phone number authentication (SMS) is not required.
SMS authentication is required to use electronic tickets.

・ Only one Plus member ID (formerly EMTG ID) can be registered per device to the app.
Registering the same membership information on the app on multiple devices may cause errors, so please only use the app on one smartphone device.
・To prevent fraudulent use, you may only change your device and reinstall the app up to twice a month.
In addition, you can change your registered phone number up to twice a year.
Please note that if you exceed the limit, you will not be able to log in yourself.
