A.You can change it from your My Page.

-Please note that you will not be able to change your surname again for one year after your new registration or surname change.
There is a limit to the number of times you can change your name.

*Please note that in order to ensure proper management, we may ask you to confirm the reason for the change and to present identification documents.
*If you live outside of Japan (overseas members), you cannot change your last name through My Page. Please contact us here.
