A. Date of birth and gender information cannot be changed from My Page.

We cannot accept name changes that result in the registration of a different person.

■ Regarding your gender information
If you select [Do not answer], you can change it to [Male/Female].
If you select [Male/Female], you cannot change it.
*It is not possible to change this to [Do not reply].
