What should I do if my address or phone number changes?
You can change your address and phone number information yourself.
After logging in, please go to "Confirm/change member information > Confirm/change registered details > Edit" on MY PAGE to complete the procedure.
*When carrying out the procedure, please be sure to access the site using a browser (Safari/Chrome).
*Operation of in-app browsers (Yahoo! JAPAN app/Google app) is not guaranteed.
*The site may not function properly if accessed via various SNS apps such as "X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, LINE, etc.

・If you live in an apartment building, please register the building name, room number, etc. without abbreviating it.
・If the name on the nameplate is different from the registered name, please register [●● (name on nameplate)] at the end of the address.
