A. If you are on a monthly membership plan, you can cancel your membership yourself.

Also, if you cancel your membership and then rejoin within the same month, the payment will be duplicated.
<Procedure for canceling membership>
1) Log in via web browser (Safari/Chrome)

2) After login authentication is complete
Go to [My Page] at the bottom of the site's top page, go to [Cancellation Procedure] and follow the instructions on the screen.
*If you are using a smartphone, tap "SUPPORT+" to display the [My Page] menu.
You can also go to [MY PAGE] from the menu button "〓" in the upper right corner.
Please note that once you have completed your cancellation, you will no longer be able to use member content.
*This is different from a subscription.
✓An email stating your cancellation will be sent to your registered email address.
✓Do not try to log in to check if you have successfully canceled your membership.
✓Please note that the member email newsletter may be sent to you at the same time as you complete the cancellation procedure.
<Notes>
If you cancel your membership to the site, all settings related to email delivery will be set to "OFF."
If you re-register within one month of canceling your membership, please be sure to check the "Email Newsletter Settings" in MY PAGE.
<Example of re-enrollment within the same month>
Example 1)When changing from 【Carrier Payment/550 yen】 to 【Credit Card Payment/550 yen】
You will be billed from two separate payments, totalling 1,100 yen per month.
*The same applies to changing from credit card payment to carrier payment.
Example 2)If you rejoin (withdraw and rejoin) within the same month using a credit card payment
You will be billed from two separate payments, totalling 1,100 yen per month.
*This applies whether the credit card is the same or different.
In addition, within the same month, go to My Page and click on [Confirm/Change/Suspend Card Information]
If you change to a different credit card, there will be no duplicate payments.
*When changing your payment method, please be sure to use the same Plus member ID (email address) to complete the procedure.
