Important notes when ordering a 2-disc set

  • When designating a companion, the following information is required:

    (1) OFFICIAL FAN CLUB「Ringo Jam」年会費コースに登録しているPlus member ID（Eから始まる方はEからご入力ください）
    (2) 漢字氏名
    (3) 電子チケット受取用スマートフォン電話番号 ※海外会員（SMS認証可能なスマートフォンをお持ちでない方）・スマートフォン未所持の場合は除く
    (4) Harmony CODE

    • ※受付終了後は、お申し込み時にご登録いただいた申込者・同行者情報の変更はできません。
    • *Please be sure to register the information of those who will be joining you.
    • *If you enter your phone number or Plus member ID incorrectly, you will not be able to receive your ticket. Please check the correct information beforehand before applying.

  • Identity verification will be conducted at the designated counter on the day of the performance using valid identification documents (ID). Both the applicant and accompanying person must bring their identification documents (ID) and attend together. Entry may be refused if identity verification cannot be completed.

*Electronic tickets will be issued to the smartphones of both the applicant and their companion.
As a measure against ticket resale, you will be required to register the phone numbers of both the applicant and accompanying person when applying. Electronic tickets will only be displayed on the smartphone associated with those phone numbers. Please be aware of this.

Regarding admission on the day

For this performance, all customers are required to register a photo of their face when purchasing an electronic ticket.

For this performance, all attendees will be required to enter with a ticket that includes a photo ID. Everyone entering the venue (both the applicant and accompanying guests) must register their photo ID in advance. The ticket will display the purchaser's name and photo ID, so please ensure that all winners complete their photo ID registration beforehand.
Both the applicant and their accompanying person must register their facial photograph. (Even those without a device must register.)

    • *On the day of the performance, please bring identification documents (ID) that show your new surname.

  • We regret to inform you that we cannot accept any changes to the name on your application, regardless of the reason. Please be careful to avoid any mistakes or omissions when submitting your application.

Regarding valid identification documents (ID cards)
*Please be sure to check before applying.

  • Applicants and accompanying persons must each bring one of the following valid forms of identification.
    Please bring one form of identification with a photograph, or at least two forms of identification without a photograph.
    (Expired tickets are not accepted / Copies are not accepted)

    （2） 出入国用パスポート
    （3） マイナンバー個人番号カード ※マイナンバーの通知カードは不可
    （4） 顔写真付き学生証・生徒手帳
    （5） 身体障がい者手帳

    （7） 療育手帳
    （8） 在留カード
    （9） 特別永住者証明書
    （10）上記以外の、氏名、現住所、生年月日の3項目が確認できる顔写真付き公的証明書

    • <Caution>
      1. If your passport or student ID does not include your current address, please bring another official document (such as a qualification confirmation letter) that can verify your name, current address, and date of birth.
      2. If your photo has not been updated, we may not be able to verify your identity. In this case, please bring another official document such as a qualification certificate.
      3. If you are writing your address by hand, please write your current address.
      *Please note that we cannot accept photocopies, handwritten documents, expired documents, or documents that have been tampered with to make them unusable.

    ■ ID without a photo → 2 documents are OK (e.g. qualification confirmation, student ID)

    • <Caution>
      1. If you are writing your address by hand, please write your current address.
      2. If the name and date of birth on the two documents you bring match, your current address will be valid if it is written on one of them.
      3. Documents issued for the purpose of submitting to others, such as a residence certificate, cannot be used as identity verification documents. Cash cards, credit cards, membership cards, patient registration cards, and commuter passes are also not considered official documents for identity verification.

    ×Items that are not accepted as identification

    Copies of the above, handwritten items, expired items, various point cards, utility bills for electricity, water, gas, and other types of mail.

    If we are unable to verify your identity on the day of the performance, we may refuse your entry.
    Please note that in such cases, we will not be able to refund the ticket price or any fees incurred during the purchase.
    Lending or borrowing insurance eligibility certificates is prohibited by law. Using tampered or forged identification documents is a criminal offense.

Regarding electronic tickets and facial photo registration

  • ●For this performance, all attendees will be required to enter with a ticket that includes a photo of their face. Everyone entering the venue (both the applicant and accompanying persons) will be required to register their photo of their face in advance.
  • ●If you are selected, please be sure to register your photo by the deadline, including the applicant and accompanying person.
  • ●Your name and photo will be displayed on the ticket, so please present it when entering the venue. We will verify your identity. If we are unable to verify your identity, you will be denied entry, regardless of the reason.
  • If you do not have a photo of your face registered, you will be refused entry. Also, even if your photo is registered, we may ask you to present identification (ID) if it is difficult to confirm your identity.
    *If you have already registered, there is no need to re-register. You can check your registration status on My Page.
  • It will take some time to complete the photo review. Please complete your registration as soon as possible. Photos will be reviewed in order, with priority given to those with the closest performance date.
  • If your photo falls under the inappropriate category, we will send you a notification to re-register via your registered email address after the review. If your photo is rejected, please go through the registration process again.
  • ●The name on the application cannot be changed.
    If your registered surname changes due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us using the form below, specifying the details.
