Important notes when ordering a 2-disc set

When designating a companion, the following information is required:
(1) "GREEN CODE"
(2) "Plus member ID"
(3) "Electronic ticket collection phone number" *Excludes overseas members (those who do not have a smartphone capable of SMS authentication) and those who do not own a smartphone.
- *Once selected, live participants cannot be changed.
- *Please be sure to register the information of those who will be joining you.
- *If you enter your phone number or Plus member ID incorrectly, you will not be able to receive your ticket. Please check the correct information beforehand before applying.

公演当日専用窓口にて、有効な本人確認書類(身分証)での本人確認を行います。申込者・同行者ともに本人確認書類(身分証)を持参の上、申込者・同行者全員でご来場ください。本人確認できない場合は入場をお断りする場合があります。
Accompanying person information to be entered on the application screen
If your companion does not have a smartphone, please enter the following information when applying.
(1) "GREEN CODE"
(2) "Plus member ID"
(3) Enter [09099999999] as the phone number of the accompanying person's smartphone.- *When entering information about your companion, please be sure to select "Does not own a smartphone (does not have a smartphone)" in the question under "[Companion] Confirmation Items".
- *If you select "Smartphone Ownership," you cannot change this after winning. We cannot accommodate situations where either the applicant or accompanying person does not own a smartphone.

*Electronic tickets will be issued to the smartphones of both the applicant and their companion.
As a measure against ticket resale, you will be required to register the phone numbers of both the applicant and accompanying person when applying. Electronic tickets will only be displayed on the smartphone associated with those phone numbers. Please be aware of this.

本公演は、全てのお客様が「顔写真登録【あり】のチケット」での入場となり、入場される皆さま(申込者、同行者の方ともに)は事前の顔写真登録が必要になります。チケット券面に購入者の氏名と顔写真が表示されますので、当選された方は必ず顔写真登録を事前に完了させてください。
顔写真登録は、申込者・同行者それぞれ必要となります。(端末未所持の方も登録が必要です)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept changes to the name on your application, regardless of the reason. Please be careful not to make any mistakes or omissions when applying.
Regarding valid identification documents (ID cards)

Applicants and accompanying persons must each bring one of the following valid forms of identification.
Please bring one form of identification with a photograph, or at least two forms of identification without a photograph.
(Expired tickets are not accepted / Copies are not accepted)■ ID with photo → 1 piece is OK

(9) 特別永住者証明書
(10)上記以外の、氏名、現住所、生年月日の3項目が確認できる顔写真付き公的証明書
- <Caution>
1. If your passport or student ID does not include your current address, please bring another official document (such as a qualification confirmation letter) that can verify your name, current address, and date of birth.
2. If your photo has not been updated, we may not be able to verify your identity. In this case, please bring another official document such as a qualification certificate.
3. If you are writing your address by hand, please write your current address.
*Please note that we cannot accept photocopies, handwritten documents, expired documents, or documents that have been tampered with to make them unusable.
If you do not have something with a photo of your face.
■ ID without a photo → 2 documents are OK (e.g. qualification confirmation, student ID)
(1) Certificate of eligibility, medical expense recipient certificate, long-term care insurance card, public assistance recipient certificate
(2) Student ID cards/student handbooks without a photograph
(3) Any other official document that can verify your name, current address, and date of birth.- <Caution>
1. If you are writing your address by hand, please write your current address.
2. If the name and date of birth on the two documents you bring match, your current address will be valid if it is written on one of them.
3. Documents issued for the purpose of submitting to others, such as a residence certificate, cannot be used as identity verification documents. Cash cards, credit cards, membership cards, patient registration cards, and commuter passes are also not considered official documents for identity verification.
×Items that are not accepted as identification
Copies of the above, handwritten items, expired items, various point cards, utility bills for electricity, water, gas, and other types of mail.
If we are unable to verify your identity on the day of the performance, we may refuse your entry.
Please note that in such cases, we will not be able to refund the ticket price or any fees incurred during the purchase.
Lending or borrowing insurance eligibility certificates is prohibited by law. Using tampered or forged identification documents is a criminal offense. - <Caution>

- ●顔写真のご登録がない場合は、入場をお断りいたします。また、顔写真が登録済みでも、ご本人確認が取りづらい場合などには、本人確認書類(身分証)の提示をお願いすることがあります。
