A. Your membership may be cancelled in the following cases:

·Insufficient funds
- Expired

*If you have any questions, please contact your credit card company directly.
<If you choose carrier billing>
・Cancellation of mobile phone contract, change of contract details (name, phone number, etc.)
・Changing models due to changing mobile phone carriers
・Delay in payment of mobile phone bills
⇒Payment information will not be carried over and you will be automatically unsubscribed.
Even if you cancel your membership, you can still retain some of your information if you rejoin within 30 days of canceling.
▼Re-registration after cancellation
If you complete the procedure within 30 days, your [membership number, joining date, and points] will be carried over.
Please be sure to log in with the same Plus member ID (email address) and make the payment.

・Completely delete your Plus member ID (your Plus member ID will change even if you use the same email address)
