A. You can continue your membership by logging in and going to your My Page from three months before your membership expiration date (including the expiration date).

When the renewal period is over, you will be notified by email, so please carry out the necessary procedures.Emails are merely notifications, so even if you do not receive an email, it does not mean that you will not be able to renew your subscription.
Please rest assured that if you log in during the renewal period, you can complete the procedure from your My Page.

Example: If the expiration date is the end of July 2025, then continuation procedures can be carried out from May 2025 to the end of August.
*August 2025 will be a grace period, and you will not be able to apply for live shows or view content unless you complete the renewal procedure.
