Applicants and companions must both be members of Ringo Jam (annual fee course) and have purchased a reservation for the 'Best Album' in July.

  • *Once selected, live participants cannot be changed.
  • *Please be sure to register the information of those who will be joining you.
  • *If you enter the wrong phone number or Plus member ID, you will not be able to receive your tickets. Please make sure you enter the correct information before applying.

<If your companion does not have a smartphone>

On the day of the performance, please present a valid form of identification at the designated window for identity verification. Both the ticket applicant and their companions should bring documents that allow for identity verification, and must arrive together with the ticket applicant. If identity verification cannot be completed, entry may be denied.
Please fill in the following information when applying.

  • (1) The Plus member ID of the accompanying person who is registered with the FC (if your ID begins with E, please enter it from E)
  • (2) Name of accompanying person to be displayed on ticket (in Kanji)
  • (3) Input the phone number 【09099999999】 as the contact number for the companion's smartphone.
  • The [MAGICAL CODE] of the companion displaying the ticket.

When entering companion information, please be sure to select 'I do not have a smartphone' for the question regarding 'possession of a smartphone device to display the electronic ticket.'
※ If you select 'I have a smartphone,' changes cannot be made after winning. If either the applicant or the companion does not have a smartphone, we cannot accommodate those without a smartphone.

E-ticket issue date
Tickets will be displayed approximately two weeks before each performance.
* Seat numbers will be displayed three days before each performance (planned).

Electronic tickets will be issued to the smartphones of both the applicant and their companions.

Regarding admission on the day

  • As a measure against illegal ticket resale, entry will require presenting electronic tickets issued through the 'Mrs. GREEN APPLE official app'.
  • To ensure smooth entry on the performance day, please collect and display your electronic ticket as soon as it is issued.

    • About the electronic tickets for the Ringo Jam Sheet.
  • The Ringo Jam sheet will be an electronic ticket with a face photo.
  • Your name and photo will be displayed on the ticket, so please present it upon entry. We will verify your identity. If you cannot confirm your identity, entry will be denied for any reason.
  • Those who have won must register a facial photograph, including both the applicant and any accompanying persons, by the deadline.
  • If you do not have a registered facial photo, entry will be denied. Additionally, even if a facial photo is registered, you may be asked to present identification if verification is difficult.
    *If you have already registered, there is no need to register again. You can check your registration status on your My Page.
  • It will take some time to complete the review of your facial photo. Please complete your registration as soon as possible. The facial photos you registered will be reviewed in order of priority, starting with those closest to the performance date.
  • If your photo falls under the category of inappropriate examples, we will send you a re-registration notice to your registered email address after the review. If the review is unsuccessful, please proceed with the registration process again.
  • The requested name change cannot be processed.

    [About Family Seats]
  • This is a reserved seating ticket limited to families with children aged 4 years to elementary school age on the day of the performance.
  • During the performance, you must remain seated to enjoy the show. Standing while watching is not allowed.
  • Applicants (guardians) must be 20 years old or older (on the day of the performance). If applying with siblings, as long as the applicant is 20 years old or older (on the day of the performance), siblings who are in elementary school or younger can be included as companions.
  • The maximum number of tickets that can be applied for is 4, and the possible combinations are as follows:

    (A) 1 adult ticket and 1 child ticket (for ages 4 to 12, elementary school students and younger)
    (B) 1 adult ticket and 2 child tickets (for ages 4 to 12, elementary school students and younger)

    (D) 2 adult tickets and 1 child ticket (for ages 4 to 12, elementary school students and younger)
    (E) 2 adult tickets and 2 child tickets (for ages 4 to 12, elementary school students and younger)
  • The number of applications that can be submitted by the applicant (guardian) is limited to a maximum of 2.
  • Children under 3 years old are not allowed to enter; tickets are required for those aged 4 and above.
  • Each child requires one ticket, and they must be in elementary school on the day of the performance.
  • You may be required to present proof of your child's age upon entry. Please bring items that can confirm your child's age, such as a health insurance card or a maternal and child health handbook.
  • Entry is not allowed for minors only, including the applicant.
  • Please enter together when you arrive. Entry is not permitted for adults (guardians) alone or for children alone. If you cannot provide identification or age verification, entry will be denied. Please note that no refunds will be issued if you are unable to enter.

      If we are unable to verify your identity on the day of the performance, you may be refused entry. Please note that in this case, we will not be able to refund the ticket price or any fees incurred for purchasing the ticket.

      • If your passport and student ID do not have your current address listed, please bring another official document that can verify your name, current address, and date of birth (such as a health insurance card).
      • 2. If your physical disability certificate, mental health and welfare certificate, or rehabilitation certificate has not been updated, we may not be able to verify your identity. In that case, please bring another official document such as your health insurance card.
      • 3. If you are filling out the form to enter your current address by hand, please write your current address.
