Please tell me how to cancel in-app purchases (App Store payment / Google Play payment).
A. Please cancel your subscription at least two days before the renewal date on the App Store/Google Play.
There may be delays in processing at the store. Please allow extra time for your procedures.
After cancellation, you can continue to use the service until the expiration date. After the expiration date, your membership will be cancelled.
<Notes>
Please note that deleting or logging out of the app will not cancel your subscription. Your subscription will be automatically renewed unless you cancel.
We cannot accommodate cancellation requests made after the automatic update. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

Open the 'App' settings.
Tap your name.
3. Tap on 'Subscription'.
Tap on 'Mrs. GREEN APPLE APP'.
5. Tap on "Cancel Subscription".

1. Open the Google Play app.
2. Tap the profile icon at the top right.
Tap on [Payment and Subscription] and then [Subscription].
4. Select 'Mrs. GREEN APPLE APP'.
Tap on [Cancel Subscription].
