<How to cancel your annual membership>

We do not provide a "Cancel Membership button" or a "dedicated cancellation form" for canceling your membership.

For the annual membership course, your membership period will be extended by one year if you continue your membership every year.

Therefore, if you do not take the necessary steps to renew your membership (i.e., pay the annual membership fee) when your membership expires, your membership will automatically be cancelled.

※About automatic cancellation

On this site, you can continue your membership for one month after the membership expiration date by keeping your membership status (membership number, joining date, number of renewals).

Since these emails are important regarding your registration, you cannot unsubscribe from them individually, so if you wish to cancel your membership, please ignore the emails.

<Regarding registered credit card information>

You can check, change, or suspend your card information on the page accessed from [Check, change, or suspend card information] on MY PAGE.

The only card information that can be confirmed is the last three digits of the card number and the card expiration date.

<How to stop automatic renewal>

You can cancel your membership up until the 20th of the month in which your membership expires.

Example) If your membership expires at the end of January, you can cancel it until 23:59 on January 20th.

If you wish to cancel your membership, please remember to cancel it by the 20th of the month prior to the expiry date.


<Notes>

If you do not cancel by the 20th, your subscription will be automatically renewed.

After the 20th of the expiry month, you will not be able to cancel your subscription on My Page.

Once renewal is complete and the expiration date is extended, you will be able to stop automatic renewal.

Please note that cancellation of your subscription (i.e., refunds) is not possible regardless of whether you use the site or not.
