If you do not complete the procedure to renew your membership (i.e. pay the annual membership fee) when your membership expires, your membership will be automatically cancelled.

■How to cancel your annual membership course
There is no need to apply for cancellation, and we do not provide a [Cancel Membership button] or [Dedicated cancellation form].
With the annual membership course, your membership period will be extended by one year if you continue your membership every year.
Therefore, if you do not complete the procedure to renew your membership (i.e. pay the annual membership fee) when your membership expires, your membership will be automatically cancelled.
<Caution>
If you selected "Credit card payment" when you enrolled or during the renewal procedure for the previous year, "automatic renewal" will be applied.
Please be sure to check your current registration status (automatic renewal setting) on your My Page.

Since these are important emails regarding your registration, you cannot unsubscribe from receiving them individually, so if you wish to cancel your membership, please ignore the emails.

■Regarding your registered credit card information
You can check, change, or suspend your card information on the page accessible from [Check, change, or suspend card information] on your My Page.
The only card information that can be confirmed is the last three digits of the card number and the card expiration date.

■How to stop automatic renewal
You can cancel your membership up until the 20th of the month your membership expires.
Example) If your membership expires at the end of January, you can cancel your membership until 23:59 on January 20th.
If you wish to cancel your membership, please remember to cancel it by the 20th of the month in which your membership expires.
<Caution>
If you do not cancel by the 20th, your subscription will automatically be renewed.
After the 20th of the expiration month, you will not be able to cancel your subscription on My Page.
Once renewal is complete and the expiration date has been extended, you will be able to stop automatic renewal.
Please note that we cannot cancel your subscription (i.e. refund your money) regardless of whether you use the site or not.
