About the membership fee courses
[In-app purchase] Changing from monthly to annual membership
A. If you use in-app purchases, please follow the steps below to change your course.
▼Procedure
① Cancel the subscription from your device
Go to the "Subscription" menu in the "Settings" or "Account" page of the platform you subscribed to (Apple App Store, Google Play Store) and tap "Cancel."
② Launch the app and select the cancellation procedure from MYPAGE
③ After logging in on the website, click the "Cancel membership" button (at this point, your monthly membership will be cancelled. Please proceed to step ④ without delay.)
④ Log in to the website using the same ID (or the same email address) and select the annual membership plan.
*To carry over your point information, please register with the same email address even after changing your course.

※Note
・In step 3 of the course change procedure, you will receive a "Monthly Course Cancellation Completion Email." This is by design, so please proceed to step 4 as soon as possible without rushing.
・When you change your subscription, all settings related to email delivery will be set to "OFF." After re-registering, please be sure to check the "Email Newsletter Settings" in MYPAGE.
・If you register using a different email address, it will be treated as a new registration and you will not be able to carry over information such as "Monthly membership course enrollment date and points." If you want to carry over point information, please register using the same email address.
