What are in-app purchases (App Store payments / Google Play payments)?
A. If you register as a member of "Ringo Jam" from within the official Mrs. GREEN APPLE app "MGA App",
The payment method will be "in-app purchases (App Store payment / Google Play payment)" and the monthly fee will be 660 yen (including tax).
*Monthly membership fee 550 yen (tax included) + in-app transaction fee 110 yen (tax included)
Please note that if you accidentally register with an unintended payment method, we will not be able to process refunds.
You can still use the app even if you join through the website.
There is no difference in the services provided based on the method of membership registration, whether it is through the web or in-app purchases.

If you registered through the app, please check your member information, such as your email address and date of birth, for any unregistered information from your My Page after completing your registration.
*Please note that if you are not registered, you may experience issues with certain services such as early ticket sales and newsletters. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
■ Service provision period for in-app purchases
The membership will automatically renew on the same date each month, starting from the membership date, and the service period will be from the membership date to one month later.
For example, if you join on January 21, your membership will expire on February 20, the day before the start date of the following month, and will automatically renew every month on the start date thereafter.
The membership period for the month following enrollment will be from February 21 to March 20, and will automatically renew every month from the starting date thereafter.
