Can children who do not have a smartphone (email address/phone number) join?

A. Yes, you can.If a minor child is using the facility, they must register under their own name and be supervised by a parent or guardian.


Once registration is complete, we cannot change the name, even for family members.

This also applies if you discover after winning a ticket that your child's name has been registered incorrectly.

Basically, even if you don't have a smartphone, you can still apply for tickets to a live concert.

Please refer to the section "If your companion does not have a smartphone" on each advance booking page.

If you are a minor, you must obtain parental consent (authorization) before joining or using the service.

All membership and use of the service by minors is subject to prior consent (authorization) from a parent or guardian.
