About logging in

When you log in to the app, it will say "Not registered."

A:Please follow the steps below.

1) Before logging in to the app
Please make sure you can log in to "Ringo Jam" using a web browser.
If your registration is invalid, you will not be able to log in even with a web browser.
First, please make sure you can log in using your web browser (Safari/Chrome).
*Please access using a web browser (Safari/Chrome).

2) Reinstall the app
You may be logged in to the app on multiple devices.
After uninstalling (deleting) the app, please install it again.
※Note
To prevent fraudulent use, you can only reinstall the app twice a month.
Please try to uninstall only once and not more than twice.
If you are restricted from logging in to the app, please try logging in again after one month.

3) App login
Please try logging in using the same account information (ID and password) that you used to log in via your browser.
Please log in with your [Plus member ID].
If you log in using your email address, your My Page may display "Not registered."
*After launching the app, try logging in from [MENU] ⇒ [Tickets] at the bottom.
*Phone number authentication (SMS) authentication is not required.
