【お問い合わせ方法】
①ログイン後の「MY PAGE」→「会員情報の確認・変更」よりご登録情報をご確認ください。

・誤入力や転居などで現住所とご登録情報が異なる場合は、「MY PAGE」→「会員情報の確認・変更」のご登録情報を変更したうえで、お問い合わせください。
・転居後にご登録住所の変更手続を行っていない場合、転居前のご住所に発送・投函完了となる場合がございます。
　お客様の住所不備による再送は着払いでの発送となりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
・ご自宅の表札と宛名が異なると「表札違い」を理由に、発送物が返送されてしまいます。該当の方はご住所の末尾に「○○（表札名）様方」とご登録ください。
