The certificate will be shipped to your registered address around the end of the month following the month in which you joined (annual membership fee payment completed and registration completed).
*For those who reside outside of Japan and wish to have the bonus items shipped, they will be shipped approximately 2 to 3 months after you join.
* This does not apply to those with a monthly membership plan. You can check your registered plan on "MYPAGE".

・If you have not changed your registered address after moving, your package may be sent and posted to your previous address.
Please note that if the customer's address is incorrect, the item will be resent on a cash-on-delivery basis.
・If the name on your home nameplate and the addressee's name are different, the package will be returned due to "incorrect nameplate."If this applies to you, please register "Mr./Ms. ○○ (name on nameplate)" at the end of your address.
