A.Delivery may take some time depending on traffic conditions and your area of residence.
The certificate will be shipped to your registered address around the end of the month following the month in which you joined (annual membership fee payment completed and registration completed).

・For those who live outside of Japan and wish to have their benefits shipped, they will be shipped approximately 2 to 3 months after joining.
・Those with a monthly membership plan are not eligible. You can check your registered plan on "MYPAGE".
