A. There are different "Plus member IDs" for those in Japan and those outside Japan (overseas), andif you have a "Plus member ID that is already registered as "Japan," you cannot register as an overseas member."

If you live outside of Japan, please select a language other than "Japanese" and obtain a Plus member ID with an unregistered email address.
