It has been more than five years since I joined, but I have not received the long-term membership benefits.

A. Members on the "Monthly Membership Course" are not eligible for shipping, even if they have been members for more than five years.

Additionally, if it has been less than one year since you changed from the "Monthly Membership Course" to the "Annual Membership Course," the "Long-Term Renewal Benefits" will not be sent. After your next renewal procedure is complete, the renewal benefits and long-term renewal benefits will be sent together.
