It has been more than five years since I joined, but I have not received the long-term membership benefits.
A. 入会から5年以上経過していても「月会費コース」の会員様は発送対象外です。
また「月会費コース」から「年会費コース」にご変更後1年未満の場合は「長期継続特典」は発送されません。次回の継続手続き完了後に、継続特典と長期継続特典をまとめて配送いたします。
上記以外の方で、特典が届かない場合は「【年会費コース】継続特典 / 長期継続特典発送に関するお知らせ」というタイトルの記事にアクセスし、未着問い合わせ期間内に専用のフォームから申請してください。
