Payment of membership fees
[Annual membership course] I received an email from my credit card company one month before my membership expired informing me of the membership fee being deducted.
A.If you cancel the automatic renewal, no payment will be made and you will be refunded after a certain period of time has passed, so please rest assured.
The notification you received is a "provisional sales processing" notification.
If you choose to pay by credit card, a provisional sales transaction will be made at the beginning of the month in which your membership expires.
"Temporary sales processing" simply means that the card limit has been secured.
Depending on the card company you use, you may be notified by email, but no payment or charge will be made with the "temporary sales processing," and no payment will be made even if you cancel your membership by the 20th of the month in which your membership expires.
If you have selected automatic credit card renewal, the next year's renewal fee will be charged to your registered card unless you cancel your membership by the 20th of the membership expiration month.

If you use a debit card or a prepaid card, there may be a deduction during the provisional sales processing.
