[Monthly fee course] I would like to register using carrier payment, but it is not available.

A. To select carrier payment for the monthly membership plan, you will need to complete the enrollment process using a smartphone device that has a contract with one of the mobile phone companies (docomo/au/ SoftBank).
Please disconnect from Wi-Fi, switch to a mobile phone connection, and proceed with the payment process.

Depending on your contract status, you may not be able to use carrier billing.
