I am unable to authenticate my phone number as the message "This phone number has already been authenticated with another ID" is displayed.
A. You can still use the content even if you skip phone number authentication (SMS authentication).
If you see the following message when verifying your phone number,
You are already using the service (including other apps) on your device with a different Plus member ID.

Only one Plus member ID can be registered per device for the app.
