About the "Mrs. GREEN APPLE Official App"

I registered for membership content through in-app purchases (App Store payment / Google Play payment), but I cannot view the content.

Please check if your registration is complete through in-app purchases (App Store payment / Google Play payment).


Please check using the method below. If there is no display of 'Mrs. GREEN APPLE OFFICIAL FAN CLUB "Ringo Jam" Monthly Membership', your registration is not complete. Please register again.


▼ How to Check In-App Purchase Registration Status

●In the case of iOS

Open the 'App' settings.

Tap your name.

3. Tap on 'Subscription'.


For Android

1. Open the Google Play app.

2. Tap the profile icon in the upper right corner.

Tap on [Payment and Subscription] and then [Subscription].


Please check the above, and if 'Mrs. GREEN APPLE OFFICIAL FAN CLUB "Ringo Jam" Monthly Membership' is displayed, please try the 'Restore' option from the registration screen in the app.

Open the app and click on the FC exclusive content (such as MOVIE).

Click here if you agree to the above and wish to use the app without registering as a member.

3. Click on 'Restore' at the bottom of the page.


For Android

Open the app and click on the FC exclusive content (such as MOVIE).

2. Enter your Plus member ID and password to log in (If you do not have a Plus member ID, click on 'Register for Plus member ID (Free)' to sign up).

3. Click on 'Restore' at the bottom of the page.
