My child does not have a smartphone. Can we both log in from the same device?
A. スマートフォンをお持ちでない場合はアプリをご利用いただくことができません。どちらか一方の会員情報で「Mrs. GREEN APPLE公式アプリ」をご利用いただき、もう一方の会員情報ではWEBブラウザからお楽しみください。
なお、アプリは1端末につき1つのPlus member ID(旧EMTG ID)のみご登録いただけます。
同一の会員情報を複数端末のアプリに登録されるとエラーの原因となりますので、スマートフォン端末1台のみでご利用をお願いいたします。
*If you have already authenticated with a different ID, an alert will be displayed.
* To prevent unauthorized use, you may only change your device and reinstall the app twice a month. Please note that if you exceed the limit, you will not be able to log in yourself.
